Can an expert please check my GMR log?

Well, I did a GMR scan, and this is what came up in the "rootkit/malware" log. Was hoping an expert could give me some guidance here and let me know if it's something i should be worried about, or if it's false entries?

I'd be really grateful for the help.

there is no specific problem i have experienced, but after trying to help my close friend out with a rootkit infection that even well known antivirus bullguard could not detect, it has made me wonder for my own safety if these rootkits can be so well hidden . I would hate to have been having some keylogger or something on my system, this entire time, and I'm no expert when it comes to this, i can only depend on someone who knows that these results may mean.

i have read this thread, i only have one antivirus running and my PC runs very little, i only use it for browsing , music and MSN chat. other than this i keep it clean. it's windows 7 , 2GB ram 32bt laptop.

 

May I ask as to why it showed the entries it did as possible rootkit/malware ? What are they?
