Ressurected Malware

About a week ago I had somehow contracted the "system fix" virus onto my vista 32bit laptop. I used bleepingcomputer to get rid of it (or so I thought), and have been running scans (mostly out of paranoia) and updating antivirus type things on my computer. I was randomly watching a video and I got attacked in the same fashion as the "system fix" virus only this one was called AV Protection or something like that..... ACTUALLY can't believe (or understand how) this virus in a NEW FORM is back! Went through the process of deleting THIS virus. By now I was wondering why Symantec wasn't picking up these virus's from the beginning when they attacked my computer.

Downloaded and ran Symantec Protection Support tool and fixed all the problems except one that I cannot/don't know how to fix. The risk that is coming up is:

I googled this "driver" and see that it has history of being linked to an embedded virus. How do I fix/repair this? Please and thank you!
