if you don't mind me asking, why are these definition updates free? i had to pay $19.99 for a year subscription for mine...
is MajorGeeks going to regularly post definition updates for Norton AV?

Hi MiDGeT these are additional updates that Norton provide as the automatic process is only twice a week on average.In periods of high virus activity Norton provides additional updates which are always free as you have already purchased the software.I will post these additional updates as and when i am aware of them .Please note that Norton is shareware only and you are only entitled to the updates if you have paid for the software
