Win 7 SP1 Query

Yo,

I have Win 7 on a separate computer in the house which isn't on the net. I heard that I can improve my audio interface if I update so it might be helpful.

The only update page I can find for the service pack is this one:

Unfortunately it doesn't explain what each thing does so it's a bit crappy. If it's only offering me it in pieces then i only want the bits which will help audio processing.

How can I find out which is relevant?
