SpywareBlaster, HijackThis?

    Howdy y'all.
    I just downloaded a few new programs...

    PopThis!
    SpywareBlaster
    HijackThis

    Before I allow SpywareBlaster to start blocking all kinds of baddies, is there anything aI should be aware of with this program? Anything that I shouldn't allow it to block / disable?

    Also, has anyone here had any experience with HijackThis? I haven't installed it yet, and am just wondering about it in general. Looked like a good tool...
