Thumbs down Client Joining Issue Server 2008

I tried joining a client then. I still get the same error checked an made sure the DNS number didnt change. I have the machine added in AD

I dont understand, why its doing this though. The server has a static IP. Getting 0x000005B4 in the XP client

Orginally, I was able to have no real problems settings this up. I changed the borad after it wouldnt boot to data center. Thing is that I ended the same information as I had previously. Installed AD, DNS an DHCP, the server has a static IP. The Router has DHCP Disabled. My laptop can see server but, its on a workgroup

Also, when I checked the DNS on the NIC settings on the Server it was my loop back address. Which, I was told to make it my servers IP
