Default CPU Overheating

Hi all,
Even i have this hell like overheating problem with my laptop with sudden vibrating sound at times..do overheating effects system hardware ? please help me suggesting tips to maintain its temperature..

Try to re-apply some new thermal compound and switch to an aftermarket cooler. Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 would be enough for this chip

What are your temps at idle and at load. Download a program like speedfan and that will give you a readout of temps.

Does the laptop shutdown when it overheats and turns off?
