monitor say,s no signal

i woke up this morning and my nonitor just says no signal,i tryed a different monitor and same thing any ideas??

Try a different monitor cable. If that doesn't work, then your video might be gone because the monitor is not getting a signal from the computer's video port.
If you've installed an addon video card, disable that and connect the monitor to the onboard video.
