New Setup Help Please
Hi I am setting up a new IMac for my sil, what Free virus program would be compatible. The system is as follows:
2.5 ghz intel core i5 4gb ram and radeon hd mac os x lion 10.7 also does this thing have a way for me to access the control panel or something like it?

Apple icon upper left corner, then click system preferences. As far as antivirus i dont usually use with my systems as i do mostly video editing on my macs so dont want the slightest slow down in rendering.

Thank you for replying. My sil does mainly facebook and some banking online, emails, but that is about it. Do you think she will be safe w/out one?

the best free anti-virus i have found with and automatic update is Sophos and can be found here.
