new system freezing
brand new system
FX-8120 CPU ASROCK 970DE3U3S3 motherboard on bios 1.2 Gigabyte HD7770 graphics Seagate 2TB hd 8 GGD ddr3 ram Computer is freezing at random only windows 7 professional and motherboard drivers plus a few utilities installed no updates to windows Freezing on memtest86+ and at random other times. Installed windows twice in case first one was bad. Thanks any idea would be great

Run on one stick of memory first to eliminate ram. This could take a while.

If you're running Memtest from bootable CD (the preferred method), then it's a hardware problem.
If all the RAM sticks come up clean, check the hard drive for bad blocks next.
