Unable to install KB2686509

Hi,
I am having issue installing KB2686509.
I have run through the microsoft help and edited the registry,but no help.

The KB2686509.log file says

running Windows XP SP3, all other updates installed.

Sorry, I forgot Microsoft would be stupid enough to put recursive loops into log files.

Have you installed all other available updates?

 

yeah, everything else is installed okay.

Hi, I have run through everything in the link,
I am missing kblchecker.dll from C:\WINDOWS\system32

Thanks, Will keep an eye on it. I have tried again this morning an nothing.
I have delete keyboard layout and keyboard layouts from the registry rebooted and retried but still nothing.
