Default Any Anti-virus not functioning

Hello..
You guys were awesome! Im glad I came upon this forum.
To start with, my computer details were:

Packard Bell DOTSE
Inter (R) Atom (TM) CPU N450 @ 1.66Hz 1.67Hz
1GB RAM 32 Bit Windows 7 Starter Service Pack 1

Now for the story, everything was normal when i start up. I was working on MSWord when my Anti-Virus (AVG Free Edition 2012) remind me to scan, so i opened my Anti-virus interface and click scan but suddenly it said,
"Scan was interrupted" and I was surprised to see on its Overview the following:

Anti-virus Not active
Link Scanner - Active
E-mail Protection - Not fully functioned
AntiRootkit - Driver not found
PC Analyzer - Analysis not required
Identity Protection - Disabled

When i try to click the fix button, my mouse pointer will just turn into turning wheel and nothing will happen, it will just turn back to normal white arrow pointer. Honestly, I didn't know much about computers so I tried un-installing AVG and re-install it again. Still, the same scenario.. =( it wont scan, it wont update, and then it keeps on telling me to restart over and over again. I un-install it and installed Avast free edition, again, the same scenario as AVG.. so I un-install Avast too.

I checked my Task Manager and I saw two jocrigvusacl.exe running. I ran Malwarebytes, checked all, delete all then restart. After restart, I ran RCleaner. When I checked back my Task Manager, the jocrigvusacl.exe was already gone.

Believing that I already cured it, i re-installed AVG again. And, still, it not yet working...=( I checked back Task Manager and found the following, I don't know if they were there originally, maybe I just overlooked them or what, but
they were the ones who were using to much "k":

1. syservn.exe running at 18,400 k something
2. VRT79E1.tmp running at 220,812 k
3. VRTBEAD.tmp running at 188 k

And I have rtacobylvc.exe sitting on my C:\Program Files having the size of 56,442kb.

Then this is where I found your forum. I looked at Read and Run, read the forum rules, disable disk emulation, disabled UAC and restart (actually it was already disabled, i don't know how that happen, but still i restart my computer) and done the following:

On RogueKiller - Just scan and obtained the log, i didn't delete any
On Malwarebytes - scan, select all and delete all, then restart
On HitmanPro - just scan and obtain the log
On MGTools - just scan and obtain the zip

Every logs you may need were attached.
My log for HitmanPro will be posted separately, it says i exceeded the file limit.

If you could please.. please help me what to do.
Thank you for any help that you guys can share..

Default Re: Any Anti-virus not functioning

Before we continue I would like for you to use MSConfig to put this machine back into normal start up mode

Double-click RogueKiller.exe to run. (Vista/7 right-click and select Run as Administrator)
When it opens, press the Scan button
Now click the Registry tab and locate these 2 detections:
  • [SUSP PATH] HKLM\[...]\Policies\Explorer\Run : 35071 (C:\PROGRA~2\LOCALS~1\Temp\msuoik.cmd) -> FOUND
    [APPINIT_DLL] HKLM\[...]\Windows : AppInit_DLLs (C:\Windows\mssys.dll) -> FOUND
Place a checkmark each of these items, leave the others unchecked.
Now press the Delete button.
When it is finished, there will be a log on your desktop called: RKreport[2].txt
Attach RKreport[2].txt to your next message. (How to attach)
Do not reboot your computer yet.

Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following (re-enable when you are finished):

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:
  • R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = C:\Program Files\AllGamesHome Toolbar\tbunsrC875.tmp\fasttabs.html
  • R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://home.allgameshome.com/
  • O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SystemServies32] C:\Windows\System32\syservn.exe
  • O4 - HKLM\..\Policies\Explorer\Run: [35071] C:\PROGRA~2\LOCALS~1\Temp\mszvwj.cmd
  • O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-18\..\Run: [vsvrmhch] C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\vsvrmhch.exe (User 'SYSTEM')
  • O4 - HKUS\.DEFAULT\..\Run: [vsvrmhch] C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\vsvrmhch.exe (User 'Default user')
  • O4 - Startup: welcome.vbs
  • O20 - AppInit_DLLs: C:\Windows\mssys.dll

NOTE: HJT may popup an error about the AppInit_DLLs line. Ignore it and click OK to continue.

After clicking Fix exit HJT.

Download and run OTM.

Download OTM by Old Timer and save it to your Desktop.
  • Right-click OTM.exe And select " Run as administrator " to run it.
  • Paste the following code under the area. Do not include the word Code.

Code:

[Reboot]
  • Return to OTM, right click in the Paste List of Files/Folders to Move window (under the yellow bar) and choose Paste.
  • Push the large button.
  • OTM may ask to reboot the machine. Please do so if asked.
  • Copy everything in the Results window (under the green bar), and paste it in your next reply.

NOTE: If you are unable to copy/paste from this window (as will be the case if the machine was rebooted), open Notepad (Start->All Programs->Accessories->Notepad), click File->Open, in the File Name box enter *.log and press the Enter key, navigate to the C:\_OTM\MovedFiles folder, and open the newest .log file present, and attach the contents of that document back here in your next post.

I want you to run TDSSKiller so refer to the below for how to do so.

TDSSkiller - How to run

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. (Right click and run as admin if using Vista or Windows7) Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this.

Let me know of any problems you may have encountered with the above instructions and also let me know how things are running now!
