Extremely Slow bootup (lots of info)

Good evening fellow geeks,

Let me out line the problem for you.

A few nights ago i wan enjoying a game of SWG (Star Wars Galaxies) ehen my PC froze and rebooted. I noticed that from that point on it has taken my once 45 sec booting machine to 2 mins 10 secs. Attatched below are my specs.


Here is what I have tried so far.

Defrag
Reinstalled Directx9.0b
Reinstalled Vid Drivers
Reinstaleld Sound Card drivers
Reinstalled Intel chipset drivers.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the replies guy I will check this when I get home. I do know that safe mode produces the same results. The hang up is at the screen where the windows logo is and the blue bar goes across
