Default BIOS setting reader?

For years I have been writing down BIOS settings. BIOS can be flashed in Windows, SANDRA can read some of the settings.
Is there a program that will read all the BIOS settings to a file?
I have a network printer so printscreen at the BIOS does not work.

Please make this complicated so I do not feel stupid

The problem with this is that the program would need to be designed to read all sorts of different BIOSs. With proper documentation it should be doable though. I'd say keep looking and you might find something, although whatever program you do find May just be BIOS speicifc
