Ok, So not sure exactly how to describe my problem. I use 2 monitors on my PC, and use one for gaming, and the other one for watching Tv/movies/browsing while downtime in games. Now, When I am gaming on my Main monitor, everything is fine. But if I move over and interact with anything on my 2nd monitor, My game freezes up and goes (Not Responding) and I have to close it out and restart the entire game. This happens with most games, but not all. Drivers are up to date (as far as my knowledge goes) I just cant figure out what is causing this. I have tried looking up on google to no end but nothing :(

That's about the equivalent of Alt+Tabbing on a single screen when gaming at full screen, you're pulling the focus, CPU and GPU away from what needs it most - it's really not recommended, can crash games, etc.

Set your game(s) to run full (single) screen in a window and see if that helps.

I already run my games in windowed mode. I cant stand full screen just for the fact that I would have to alt tab to the other screen.
