how can you tell when someone is watching you?

wasup fellas. I have a feeling there is some sort of software spying on me at the house. I have been getting all these weird comments lately (from the wife) recently I found some emails which I had not printed out laying on the desk. I know this is not a lovers forum, but how can you track a tracking program????? Thanks people

 

Spy?

Try Ad-aware. It will identify and let you remove most spyware. Now if someone in your house is spying on you, that is different. Try changing your PC password and sit down and discuss the issue with everyone in you household.

 

If it's a spouse or family member that has physical access to the puter, they may simply have your passwords, or a keylogger program set up to monitor activity. AdAware isn't up to finding keyloggers. Those can be tougher to ferret out, although I'm not up on all the details.

This, of course, assumes you're running a (fairly) secure operating system, like Windows 2000 or XP, and using NTFS. Win9X has no real security at all.

That anti-keylogger program abby posted is good, ive used it myself when testing another keylogger.. and it worked!
