Sorry, forgot to say I have already run Spy-Bot, AVG7, A2 Squared, and Ad-Aware, but none of them showed anything , however I still get a popup saying that I ,or some other program, asked for information on various sites, and did I want to connect? Naturally I said no, but checking my phone records, I came across a strange top rate number, which when dialled on my mobile, gave out the same noises as my dial up modem!

    Harry,
( Trying to convince wife I`m past all those dial up pron things!!!)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [cjowlgk] C:\WINDOWS\eywv.exe this line or .exe certainly doesnt look like it should be there in the WINDOWS folder and as its in the registry run folder it will start on boot each time.

just did a quick google and nothing shows for this....

Many Thanks, Robo,GLS,nd Halo, I will get rid of those items.
I had already deleted some dodgy things that I checked from other Hijack logs on Wilders Security, but was not sure about C\ Windows\eyvw.exe.
Robo, read about Tea timer, but didn`tneven know I had it running , as no icon showed!

    Again THANKS ALL.
