Im confused am i hijacked?

    On about 3 diff websites i surf daily i keywords highlighted with double lines leading to links; if i highlight it says SPONSORED LINK with a description of the item. Ive ran hijackthis and adaware and spybot but they dont find anything. example http://www.guru3d.com/article/Videocards/130/13/ I see PCB, software, graphics card, and software package all 'highlighted'. Another example would be when i click MG prog descriptions

    They are text link ads, a new way of advertising. Harmless. :)
