Those are about as rare here in Arizona, as sunshine. Dustdevils are an easy way to prep your car for painting. :D

These blow from ground up and are fairly harmless.

Tornados blow from cloud to ground and are to be greatly respected.

I've seen my share of dust clouds too, but that's the first one I've seen that looked like it had the protential to pick a child up in the air.
