Searchexe has hijacked my homepage help

my hompage has been hijacked by searchexe it redirects itself do this popup comes up every time i open my home page i have deleted it on the regedit thing nut it still comes back once i restart my computer
can i have some help please

 

Try using Adaware and Spybot S&D, and while your at it try using CWshredder, and to help prevent it download SpywareBlaster, and SpywareGuard. After that make sure SpywareGuard is on, change your homepage, back to what you want and if searchexe tries to take it back over SpywareGuard should notify you that something is attempting to change your homepage. Click on keep old homepage. Good Luck
