I don't see any obvious spyware items but the proper way to check is to download, install, update, and run the following:

    Ad-Aware:
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html

    Spybot:
    http://www.majorgeeks.com/download2471.html

As far as top performance: getting rid of McAfee and using something like Avast would be a significant improvement since McAfee is a resource hog (so is Norton). I see you have quite a few items from McAfee running so you may not like that idea. But if you check with people here the feeling is pretty unamimous about McAfee being BloatWare.

There are other items that you are running at Startup that are not really necessary too. For example:
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NvCplDaemon] RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\System32\NvCpl.dll,NvStartup
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [nwiz] nwiz.exe /install
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime

just to add to Chaslangs excellent advice
i can see several other items autorunning on start-up which are totally unnessary, however you really need to learn these things yourself so
    Start-run-Type msconfig-ok
from there select the start-up tab and then check all the entrys with this site
    http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.php
read the description on each one and decide if you need them running all the time, uncheck any you dont need then apply you will be prompted to reboot, once rebooted you will recieve a message from windows dont panic its perfectly normal just check the box saying "dont show me this again" and you will have cleaned up your system tray and freed up a fair amount of ram ;)

Secondly i suggest you trim your services this is an excellent way to speed up your system, go here
    http://www.blackviper.com/WinXP/servicecfg.htm
    to access your services list
    Start-Run-Type services.msc-ok
now check each service with the list on that link, and disable any unwanted or unused services

This may take you a little while, but you will have the satisfaction of tweaking your machine yourself rather than have someone do it for you ;)
