I have run ad aware, cws shredder, norton anit virus, and this is the high jack log. Pop ups keep coming and I have no idea what to delete from this log. I did run ad aware this morning before I ran high jack this and it was clean. I Was being redirected to about blank, for now that seems to have stopped. I have no idea if this is clean or not. Could you please advise what I need to be rid of. I have read that about blank hides and I just don't think it is gone.

    IMHO, remove:

    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\mpk.dll/sp.html (obfuscated)
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\mpk.dll/sp.html (obfuscated)

Make sure you back your registry up. I would say remove the support.com stuff, but some people actually use that junk, I think.

    Right on Adryn! And you meant: O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Key2] C:\WINDOWS\system\serve.exe

After having HiJaak This fix all this items Adryn gave you, reboot in safe mode and delete the C:\WINDOWS\system\serve.exe file.

And one more think LDM3, do not cut off the top part of the HiJaak This log. It is important for us to get that starting info about your OS.
