Why is it so quiet?

.... what is everyone up to today. not to much commotion going on in the forum....

yeah i think everyone is as outside enjoying the real life away from the computer. Too bad its raining here.

Then I'm heading over to some friends house with my hubby for pizza and an evening of games and good old fashioned talking and laughing!

Sounds like the right thing to do on a weekend. (playing games and eating pizza that is). and I also presume that since you are in central ny its raining where you are right now also?

took kids skating till 7 year old fell right on his tailbone. :

and the house phone died from the rain *dances & sings* no incomming calls and dare not call the phone company to correct it lol enjoying silence

Yeah but the weekend is over yet. Were having friends from Florida stay with us for Sun. They were on vacation all summer long in Maine so on there way down they are stopping with us for the day and night. Its pretty cool, I'm friends with the girl who is my age and we go down to florida for spring break and stop there. Its kinda just to get to chat about whats been going on but I can't wait. Don't plan on seeing much of me tomorow!

I spent all evening at the mall on behalf of mein kinders upcoming anniversary of 22 hour of excessive pain. I did kick butt.

7 year old is male, we went roller skating.. not ice skating... not this time and not again till he is 30 :

I know that traffic always slows down in July and August, its pretty normal and seen it on other websites we had. Traffic drops, advertisers drop off, the whole world seems to be enjoying the summer and thats a good thing! People take vacations, college kids are partying and people are enjoying the weather. Here in NY it just recently got into the 80's so were all out doing things. In September or so, kids go back to school, vacations are over and traffic will shoot back up. Its a cycle

We sort of like it because it gives us a break to enjoy life and catch up on things that we have put off.

Yeah, I'm writing this waiting for the friends from Florida to arrive like I had mentioned earlier. It should be any minute.

Geez...and here I am working my tail off all weekend while y'all slack. I'm home briefly, but then I'm back to work again. I don't even get my normal weekend this time around (which is Monday) because I have to work.
