Can my motherboard use this CPU?

That is my mobo.
It says FSB is 400mhz...

So I can't put a CPU on it that has a 533mhz FSB?

Either way what processor would you suggest I get for it?
Or will I need a whole new motherboard to get a decent one?

Right now I have a 1.7Ghz CPU.

looks like you can only put in 400mhz cpu

Would going from my 1.7ghz 256k cache cpu to that one make a significant difference?
Or should I look into getting a new board?
