Default Multimedia Audio Controller

k. here's what happened. I left my laptop on with music playing before i went out. My dad got mad and turned it off by shutting the top. Somehow (i'm really confused by this) the driver got deleted. I don't know how to find it online as when it tries to find it automatically it cannot. I've tried this multiple times. I cannot find any disks that came with my computer that have this driver on them. I am running XP. Please help me...i'm lost without my music. heh.
