Default Error Code 20 message

New to board.
I have Windows XP home and 56k modem (dial up). I'm also using EZ Armor antivirus and firewall from Computer Associates I've been getting disconnected from the internet a lot lately. I get an Error Code 20 message window. . Any help on this appreciated.
