Computer Lagging Very BAD!

I do not know what to do!
Done a Virus Scan
Done a Spyware Scan
Defregmented both HDD's
If i leave it alone or just work on it, it will start freezeing and it will make me reboot.
IT'S DRIVING ME MAD!
What can i do??
Also, there was a command called Lucom~S.exe.
I checked on google and nothing came up.
Tried LucomS.exe, and this process is Norton Live Update.
Can the Lucom~S.exe be a VIRUS?!?!?!

did you follow the tutorial?
try the alternative scans at the bottom of the tutorial.

 

Try shutting it off and see what happends! Thats what I do, but might not be very smart...... *ponders*

 

If you follow the directions ( to the letter ) on the page Kodo posted, you should be able to get rid of just about any virus, trojan, bla bla bla. it is very indepth & takes some time, but it will help you with most problems.
