Safer-Networking released an update for Spybot - Search and Destroy. This update will fix the DSO exploit bug.

The DSO Exploit is a security gap in IE. Microsoft did already repair this, so if you have all Windows updates and patches installed, it will not be dangerous for your system. Spybot S&D will still find it, because it contains an invalid value. Spybot S&D just has to reset that value. Unfortunately, in the current version, it sets again an incorrect value, so it is found in the next scan. Please update your main program

**First install version 1.3 and after that install the 1.3.1 TX update.

I'm concerned that some baddie has made a phoney version which installs spyware or even worse...

It was only today that I realized what might happen if a malicious person modified a legitimate program - the possibilites for damage with that are endless...
