Best free dial up ISP for backup only.
Hi,we have comcast high speed broadband at 3mbs.During the past week comcast needed to repair problems in our area,leaving us without a way to get online at all for a few days.
What is the best free dial up ISP available we could use as a backup in case of future broadband failures? We don`t want one with a monthly fee as we are paying $42.95 a month now for comcast. We know any free ISP`s are supported by pop up ads,perhaps tolerable since we have a good pop up blocker. Thanks for any information
