How Do you Move the Start Button Back?

Wishing you all a very Happy, Healthy, Fun and Prosperious New Year!!!

I love my little computer.........ah....however, I miss the start button and the tool bar being on the bottom of the screen. A friend borrowed my computer and they are all moved. How do I get it back to the way it was???????

Sorry to bother you with such a trivial thing. But, I thank you for your help.

Right click on the bar, and then click properties. Then make sure that "Lock the Taskbar" is unchecked.

When its not locked, simply click and hold it and then move it to where you want. It will automatically go to that spot once you reach the side of the screen.
