   XP Pro SP-2 with all updates and no Spyware or viruses found by scans.
   
   I can open websites with IE but links within websites will only open a new, completely blank window.
   
   I am running default setting in IE except have Sun Java installed and checked.
   
   This happened after a new install of operating system.
   
   All assistance will be much appreciated!
