Default someone plz help me overclock this...

i have a stupid Dell Inspiron 8200. Pentium 4 at 1.60GHZ. have a Nividia Geforce 2 Go 32mb vid card. 256 memory ram. would some plz help me over this whole thing to run games smoother, and make my system run faster? by someone meaning THE PROS OF OVERCLOCKING and thank you.

i dont know too much bout overclocking, but if u would get more ram and a new graphics card im sure u will be able to run ur system and games a lot faster!
