new mobo and processor

hello every one.
I want a new mobo and a new processor. i currently have a shuttle ak32e mobo, and a AMD athalon 2300+.
I need help. i checked out newegg bust i got lost easily.
im already getting a geforce 6600gt graphics card, so i need the mobo to have at least agp8x. i also need at least 4 pci slots. i would like as many cd drive connections as possible (i have 4), but i can get a pci adapter if it doesnt have that many. i also have 2 hard drives.
for a processor i want amd only that runs at at least 2ghz.
I will be ordering off of newegg.com

any suggestions for either? Thanks alot for any help...you peopel are the best when it comes to this stuff!

 

o yeah, and as for money, i am open to all suggestions no matter the price. im not willing to spend that much, but the suggestions are welcome...about 200 for both combined is my limit, though

I'm not sure you'll get 2GHz and a descent mobo for 200$ ... but you could get one for a little over 200 ... of course there is always shipping and possibly tax
