SoundBlaster Audigy 2 help

Hey all,

I've got an SB Audigy 2 (OEM) card in my pc, and it has the ability to "level" the volume between sources. I have noticed using winamp that it does not seem to do this. Do I need to use a Creative audio player? Or this there some setting I am missing? I am using XP, and have the latest drivers (AFAIK). Thanks.

 

If im not wrong you do. I have the same card I will have to have a look. I know that for clearing the sound and stuff like that you need the player that's bundled with the card.

Okay, that's what I thought. But why cannot I not find the player on my install/software cd? I only have the OEM version, is it not included with that version? And if so, can I download their player? Thanks!
