amd athlon 3500+ 64 help

my cpu htt is at 800mhz. the specs for my cpu htt 1000mhz.
so i came here for your help. in the bios the cool & quiet is off.
the cpu is at x11 & htt is set to 5X . fsb is set to 200mhz. all other setting are on auto timing.
i dont want to overclock it. but id like for it to run at full specs.
im sure im just over looking a simple setting some where.
thanx for your help.and i realy dont want to overclock.
also i have googled for this simple setting im overlooking.

also would the nforce4 . be like 200mhz x 4. or just x2


athlon 3500+64 @ 2.2 gz htt is 800 mhz. needs to be 1000 mhz .
asus a8n-sli deluxe nvidia nforce4 chipset. bios 1003
2x evga gforce 6600 gt
4x 256 pc3200 =1024 ram.
2x120 7200.7 seagate .nv 0 raid.

come to find out it was nvidia ntune that was underclocking my system
