Default Big slow down using AOL

I am using AOL 8.0 with a cable connection. The last couple days my access to emails have slowed to a crawl. I have this hijackthis log that I just downloaded....any clues here?
Thanks in advance, prostock

I'm not going to sit and read the whole log, but from your processes, everything looks ok.

Have you checked to see if mcafee is blocking anything, also are you running SP2?
If so, disable the SP2 firewall and see if anything improves.

You say you have service pack 2 installed.
Click start>control panel>windows firewall and see if it's enabled or disabled.
