software application for sound card

The extent of my knowladge on this is limited, so if someone could help me out that would be great. Here is my problem. With the sound card you get a disc with the drivers and software on it. I have a audio excel av512,cmedia 8738-6ch LX pci sound card. the driver seems to be fine and the software did install but whan i tried to open the audio rack it comes up with "can not execute all the components of audio rack please check programme files and registry setting or just reinstall audio rack". How do I fix this and what other software application can I use withh this sound card.
