I just removed spyware but my computer has not returned to normal.I cant access windows media player or put shortcuts on the screen.I olny have a start bar and that also is in a old format.

 

Try these:
Rightclick start button>properties>startmenu.
Right click desktop area>arange icons by>show desktop icons.
run>wmplayer

 

thanks for the reply but I dont think its helping. I cant click on the desktop area olny on the task bar.I also have more problems when i close down a program it dosnt close properley and I have to use task manager to shut it and when I try to go to the control panel it pops up that I cant find the file PLEASE HELP thanks.
