can you help me "norton" problem

ok i've read meny threads and it solved the problem partially

i uninstalled norton antivirus 2004, i've run every application to remove every registry entry from this major virus named "norton", i think it's clean but when i try to install AVG antivirus i get this message

Local machine: installation failed Installation: Error: Action failed
for file avgupsvc.exe: starting service.... Access denied. (5)

can anybody help me????

 

not sure why you are getting that error with AVG... maybe u could try Avast antivirus?

that's what i'm using, it too is free, and it installed flawlessly... give it a shot =]

 

I think that file have been broken would you try DL again from other servers

 

Have you tried downloading it from MG's? AVG Free
