Gaming Problems

Ok, this morning I started up my computer and loaded a game. I got into the gameplay, but it was as if the settings where changed to "hyperspeed." So I looked at another and the same thing. The gameplay was as if it was in fastforward.

A while later I went into GameSpot Movies. Watched a media clip. Still, the clip was fastforwarding like crazy.

Same problem with the loading icons. Such as the little rotating loading square in Internet Explorer or Mozilla. And the same with little smilies, animations or animated avatars.

Please help me fix this problem!!!!
