regseeker and ccleaner are good and free.
Advanced registry optimizer is a good shareware.

 

Thanks. I went to http://registry-repair-software-review.toptenreviews.com/ but I'm not sure if they are totally subjective.

 

Another good one is RegScrubXP..try to use at lease 2 if not three..they seem to find different things.

 

No they are not reliable to provide infromation on products regarding anything!

It is the registry cleaner only version of advanced system optimizer(which includes extra tools).That site has it at number one.Not a freeware though.Try it out.This is systweak site http://www.systweak.com/aro/
