Help with Sygate Firewall configuration

Hey guys i just installed Sygate Firewall and i'm a bit confused on which application i should block, disable or allow.

Specifically i don't know what to do with the following:

svchost.exe
ndisuio.exe
ntoskrnl.exe

I have them configured to "always ask" right now, and i keep receiving the popup asking me what to do, and since i don't know i block them

Also is there a list where i could check what apps or processes are and aren't safe to allow?

As regards checking a list, just put the item ie ndisuio.exe in full into a search engine. Googling for the above and ntoskrnl.exe brought many examples.

svchost.exe is an XP process in fact if you go ctrl+alt+del you will see about five of these running.
