Spybot finds "IT", won't fix "IT" Plz help.

Hi, new to forum and just a beginer when it comes to the cyberworld. I'm runnin' Spybot and it's finding two problems. I "fix selected problems" but they don't go away. So, I've searched these forums and found the "how too" section on spyware (the must read before posting section). I followed all the steps, required, optional, you name it, been working all day. They're still there. Don't know if this matters, but they both start with "HKEY_USERS\............"

I'm clueless in what to do next! I did download the HiJack This, just in case I need it, but as you can prob. tell, it won't do me any good, so I'm not gonna try to use it unless recommended.

Any help is appreciated. Oh, and I've always ran Spybot and AdAware, and they seemed to work well. But 3 days ago my system rebooted by itself and once it came back on IE windows were popping up like crazy. So, I ran Spybot and it found these 2 problems and I've been working all weekend trying everything I could think of, no luck.

 

Thanks for responding. I forgot to mention one item. When following the steps, I could not run bitdefender, RavAntivirus, or Avert Stinger in Safe Mode. So I ran them in Normal Mode. Please let me know if this changes things.

I see in another post that changing the value of the DWORD in the Registry to "3" may do the trick. OK, but what if it says REG_SZ instead of REG_DWORD as the type?
