Is my ISP Disable NetBIOS Over TCP IP ?

Hi frineds,

I am facing some problem with my internet connection. I am using Windows XP service pack 1.

I want to Enable NetBios over TCP IP. I did it form dailup Connection. I

Enable it through WNS Configuration of "Advanced TCP/IP Settings". I have

installed file/printer sharing for internet connection. But when i give ipconfig

command at command prompt, it shows "NetBIOS over Tcpip........: Disabled."

my xp properties for enabling netbios over tcp/ip says that it won't enable with static ips

thanks for reply , but my connection is Dialup and IP is Daynamic.
