    I would say that your firewall is doing its job! By the looks of it, it is blocking packets from coming in on a number of ports.

    Your router is configured to block those IPs on those ports.
    If you'd like to change it, you can type the IP of your router in a web browser.
    Once you've authenticated, you can click the 'Advanced' tab, and then the 'Firewall' button.
    On this screen, you can add/delete/modify firewall rules.

    However, if this isn't causing any other problems, I would leave it be!

    it drops my connection perpetually for hours upon end...i'd say thats a pretty big problem.

    Why didn't you say so?
    Have you tried running your connection without the router? If so, does your connection still drop?
    Have you contacted your ISP?

    As Mada_Milty said, assure that your connection doesn't drop when connected directly to the modem. If it does, call your ISP!

    What type of modem do you have? What mode is it in? It should be in "bridge". Assure that the firmware on it is also up-to-date. Any try a different cable between your modem and router. Bad cables can cause disconnections too.

    Those packets being dropping shouldn't alarm you. If anything, you should be glad those ones are dropping (especially TCP 135). They have nothing to do with your internet dropping connection.

    I also see in your log that you are getting PADT tags. Typically, a PADT tag is received when you are not supplying the correct PPPoE username and/or password. Since you are connecting, it's apparent that this is not the case. Although, PADT tags can also be received when the router tries to reconnect before the modem is ready.

    What country did you purchase the router in?
    What is the hardware revision of it? (found on the white sticker on the bottom beside H/W)
    What is the firmware version?

    It also looks like your modem is being flooded with information. D-Link routers don't tend to handle a lot of data very well, as its memory is overloaded quickly. Try these things:

    Log into your router configuration
    Go to Tools --> Misc.
    Disable "UPnP" (turn on if apps such as MSN Messenger don't work properly)
    Disable "Gaming Mode"
    Enable "Discard Ping From WAN"
    Go To Home --> WAN
    Lower the MTU value to 1454
    Set the "Maximum Idle time" to the highest settings possible (I can't remember off the top of my head what that is)

    Now back to the memory on the router getting overloaded. If none of the above suggestions work, disable your log and see what happens. Also, if you're using E-Mule or E-Donkey, disable the KAD Network.

    Well. It works fine directly in the modem itself. Plus my friend that lives close has few to no problems with his connection ever. and he's directly to the modem, no router.
    and, Yes i've contacted my ISP Several times about this issue. They just give me the same old BS runaround...Go bell.

    The modem is a Speed Stream i think its the 5200. Cant check due to the fact that the numbers are all gone from heat and wear.

    Currently my ISP is Bell Sympatico -
    DI-604_revE (DI-604 Revision E)
    Current Firmware Version: 3.51
    The router was purchased in Ontario, Canada.

    I did what you suggested. So far MSN and all that is working fine.
    i don't use eMule or eDonkey or anything p2p really. just mIRC.

    As for the settings I hope that helps. I'll post how it goes over the next few days. Thanks

    Well, it's definately the router. Although, there's not a lot of settings left to change on it!

    I *think* this router has the ability to change the WAN speed to 10 MBps. It should be in Tools --> Misc.. Also try a different cat5 cable between the modem and the router.

    If that still doesn't work, ask your friend if you can borrow his/her modem and try it with your router. Modems (especially ones provided by Bell) can cause D-Link routers to reboot. Bell will also tell you that they cannot help you change the modem into bridge mode as it's "not their job". So be sure that it's in bridge mode and not bridge/routed mode!
