Mobile office Kit

if anyone can help please do. ok i just bought a laptop for shits and giggles an hp compact notebook. and the problem isnt the notebook its the wireless i hope. well i have mobile office kit all hooked up (im using verizon wireless) and i can get one the wireless network with my SCH-a670 which i just cracked the screen by the way lol got to get new one tomorow lol. well it works on that phone but it wont work with the SCH-a650 i have. now on the kit it says it should work with both. but to my delima it only works with one what i want to know is why it doesnt work with one and not the other. now im thinking either the phone is not compatible which is an obvious thing but i dont think so. or there are drivers that i need to install from the site that arent on the cd. can someone please help me um if you need more info on my comp i just got it so ill need to look through it still.
