installing New CD-ROM drive...?

    Hello Guys/Gals,
    I'm trying to fix a computer with Windows 95 on it. I installed windows 95 but the CD-ROM drive doesn't to show it in "My Computer." I'm tried to see if it was the IDE controller but it's not. I've tried dealing with the jumper and it didn't work. Everything that i've done to fix my computer and other computers with Win2000/xp, etc. just doesn't work. Please help me out guys.
