exchange issue

We are trying to resolve an issue between two exchange servers. (girlscoutsnwga.org and timber-ridge.org)

Here are the facts:

Any user at timber-ridge.org can send to any user at girlscoutsnwga.org
Any user at girlscoutsnwga.org can send to brhodes@timber-ridge.org and administrator@timber-ridge.org without any trouble receiving it. (but not to the rest of the users at timber-ridge.org)
I have double checked all settings on the exchange server at timber-ridge.org and run M$ best practices analyzer to determine any issues. All reports are A-OK
between the two exchange servers we utilize a 3rd party spam solution provider that is running ironmail. They have said that there are not any issues with their service. (which I have to take their word for it…)


Bottomline, some mail is getting through from girlscoutsnwga.org to timber-ridge.org but not to every user at timber-ridge.org

 

did you check for an ACL maybe on a router along the way that could block certain users??
