I just put in a new motherboard and CPU. The mobo is a Chaintech Summit with a NVIDIA nForce 2 Ultra 400+MCP-S chip. I installed everything, and when i turn on the mobo everything goes on, all casefans, CPU fan, CD Drive, etc........but then i heard one long beep and one short one. During all this i get NO VIDEO....nothing, nada. Its a PCI Radeon something. I don't know if this might be why, but the previous computer this was in, the mobo fried, so idk. Plz help, i have been without my Desktop for 2 months, and now that i finally got it running....this happens, so all help appreciated.

Depending on which manufacturer provided your BIOS, a long/short beep may signify a system board problem. You might get more information from here or here.

You might want to check the mobo installation really carefully. There may be some part of the mobo that is touching the case where it shouldn't, thereby causing a short circuit to ground.
