I think this is the last are I am having trouble in. I am very confused over which card to get after looking into it a bit. I am stuck betweed these cards and if you have any more cards that you think are better please suggest
Main problem is i dont know what type to get. ex: 6600gt or 6800 plain or xt ...
    cards:

    6600gt
256mb http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814150113 190$ (anything wrong with this being 256mb and not standard 128 for 6600gt?)
    128mb http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130220 (160$)

    6800 256mb http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130231 230$

    6800gt 256 mb http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130215 290$

Ati cards if I decide against sli which i probably will never use:

    x800gt 256mb http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814161145 181$

    x800 256 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814161138 197$

    x800gto 256mb http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102602 170$

    x800pro 256mb http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102589 200$

    x800xl http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814161143 291

    x850pro 256mb http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102506 275$

Could you tell me which nvidia and which ati card is better. Than compare the ati and nvidia. As i said I am sorta lost with all the different endings. I am not a huge gamer but I would like to play games on the pc like warcraft sims counterstrike. Not very demanding games. Also i would like to save money(Who dosent :) ) but if it sacrafices too much preformance i wouldent want to.

The 6600 GT is the best value chip, and can play any current game.

If you post your system specs, then we can provide a more targeted reply, but generally a 6600 GT is very good value.

There is also not much advantage between a 128 mb card or a 256 mb card.

Current games don't really need more than 128, however, that may change, so it's up to you if you think the extra cost is justified.

BTW, those prices are pretty good. I wish we had a newegg Australia. :(

I was probably thinking about getting the 6600gt. The one thing i was not sure on was if i should get the 12mb or 256 for 30 more. And for 10$ more i could get just a plain 6800. After a year I was planning on getting a second card maybe 7800gt or whatever else new comes out by then. This seems like the best way to go to me. Any opinions on which of the three cards I should use. Dont worry to much about the money since it is only 30-40 which is not too much. Do you think there would be anything wrong with the 256mb 6600gt (reviews were kind mixed here) And is 10$ more worth it for the 6800? Thanks for feedback
By the way the system specs are not definite yet since this is going to be a new pc. Planning on getting an sli mobo though and intel.
